Step 2 : Choose whether you’d like to book a video call or visit a branch for banking services and financial advice.
Choose a Branch to Book your Appointment
Step 3: Select a branch where you would like to schedule your appointment.
Book an Appointment
Step 4: Review the selected branch’s details and tap ‘Book Appointment’ to proceed with the booking.
Agree to the Privacy Code
Step 5: Read the privacy code carefully, then check the box to confirm that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Code.
Detailed Appointment Information
Step 6: Fill in the appointment details, such as customer type, purpose, date, time, and customer information.
Customer Information
Step 7: Provide your personal information, including name, phone number, email address, and preferred language. (If you are logged in, the fields will be autofilled).
Finalize your Appointment
Step 8: Tap ‘Book’ to finalize your appointment once all the information is filled out.
Completed Booking an Appointment!
Step 9: Review the booking details (Appointment Type, Branch Name, Address, and Appointment Date & Time). Once the appointment is confirmed by the Bank, a confirmation email will be sent.
